Binance announced a phased withdrawal restart and said it had replenished about 95% of assets affected by the security incident.

On November 1, Binance said it was preparing to resume withdrawals in phases following its security incident. It scheduled the first phase for November 1 between 14:00 and 17:00 Hong Kong time, subject to security and readiness checks.

The first phase covers selected assets and networks, including BTC, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, Solana, XRP, Polygon, Avalanche C-Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism and Sui. Other assets and networks will be added when ready, and deposits remain open. Binance advised users to check the withdrawal page or network status for their chosen combination and warned that processing could initially be delayed.

Binance also said it had replenished approximately 95% of the affected amount, up from 90% in its previous update. It said the remaining assets were less liquid and that it would bear the financial impact. The percentages come from Binance's announcement.
