Binance's affiliate guide allows up to a 20% rebate for invited users on Spot and Margin fees. Its Referral Pro update allows a shared Futures rebate of up to 20% from October 25, 2025. These are program maximums. The rates attached to BIN20 appear during signup.
How to register with BIN20
Binance has separate Referral Lite and Referral Pro programs. Their rewards differ, so note which program your signup flow uses. A welcome reward shown in one program does not establish the rebate terms of another.
What the rebate saves
A referral rebate applies to eligible trading fees. It is not a percentage of the amount you deposit or trade. Binance's commission calculation update uses net fees after applicable market maker rebates, with the changes introduced gradually from April 29, 2026 for Spot and July 15, 2026 for Futures.
The examples below assume $10,000 of trading volume, a 0.10% Spot fee or a 0.05% Futures taker fee, and the corresponding Referral Cool rebate. Binance publishes the Spot rate on its fee page and uses the Futures rate in its fee calculation examples.

Where to check rebate payments
On the Binance website, open Profile, then Referral, then Referral Pro. In the app, open Referral from the homepage and select Referral Pro. That page shows the referral relationship and the rate attached to your account.
Binance's reward settlement announcement explains that generated commissions and shared rebates are converted to USDC hourly and deposited into the Spot account within six hours. Invited users can review the conversion and payment details under Share Commissions. Amounts below the minimum distribution threshold of 0.00000001 USDC are not paid.
If a payment is missing, compare the trade's fee, your recorded rebate rate, and the settlement time. A trade with no trading fee does not generate a fee rebate.
Can you add the code after registration?
Binance provides a referral binding page for qualifying accounts that missed the code at signup. Its Referral Pro FAQ requires all of the following:
An established referral relationship cannot be changed or removed. Closing an account and opening another to obtain referral benefits can lead to terminated commissions and rebates.
How long does the rebate last?
Binance's general rules do not state a fixed Spot expiry. Futures commission eligibility normally runs for 12 months from activation of the invited user's Futures account. Passing the evaluation for a referrer commission rate of 30% or more can waive that limit; later evaluations still apply.
The referrer's commission rate and your shared rebate rate are different figures. A 30% referrer rate does not mean you receive a 30% rebate. Eligible referrals are regular users or VIP 1 and VIP 2 users. At VIP 3 or above, the referral commission stops. Do not assume a lifetime rebate from the code alone.
Regional eligibility and account restrictions
Binance requires identity verification for referral benefits. Its additional referral rules list restrictions for Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Binance FZE, and Binance Israel users. From July 1, 2026, users registered under EEA countries cannot participate in the referral program in any capacity. The prohibited-country list also applies.
Which rules apply depends on your residence and the Binance entity serving your account. Binance can cancel referral relationships and rewards linked to wash trading, bulk registrations, self-dealing, or market manipulation.
Can BNB reduce fees too?
Binance lists a 25% Spot fee discount for paying eligible fees with BNB and a 10% discount on standard USDⓈ-M Futures fees when sufficient BNB is held in the Futures account. Those are separate fee-payment benefits. Binance's own fee records show how they combine with a referral rebate on your trades.
