OKX Explains NFT Marketplace Fees and the BRC-20 Minimum Charge

OKX published its NFT marketplace fee notice on October 9, 2026. The stated effective date is September 22 at 18:00 Hong Kong time, not the publication date.
BRC-20 transactions
The party accepting an existing order pays 0.5% of its transaction value, subject to a minimum of 546 satoshis. OKX charges whichever amount is higher, rather than adding both. The maker does not pay this fee.
Small transactions can therefore incur an effective rate above 0.5%.
