Reason for Delisting

OKX periodically reviews all listed assets using criteria including:

  • 30-day average daily volume below internal thresholds
  • Spread health: excessively wide bid/ask spreads indicating poor liquidity
  • Project activity: declining on-chain activity and developer engagement
  • What Users Should Do

  • Before Oct 10: Close any open orders on affected pairs — they will be automatically cancelled at delisting
  • Underlying tokens: The tokens themselves (CELR, DOCK, etc.) are not being delisted from OKX — only the specific USDT spot pairs are being removed
  • Withdrawals: You can continue to withdraw these tokens to external wallets after the delisting
  • OKX will not remove deposits or withdrawal functionality for these assets unless separately announced.
