Binance Launches RLUSD Campaign with 800,000 US Dollars in XRP Rewards
Binance will distribute 800,000 US dollars worth of XRP to eligible users who hold RLUSD during a four-week campaign, subject to balance, account, and regional conditions.
Binance announced an RLUSD holding campaign with total rewards worth 800,000 US dollars in XRP. The announcement was published on September 24, 2026 at 10:30 Hong Kong time.
The campaign runs from September 25 at 08:00 Hong Kong time to October 23 at 08:
Eligible accounts and reward calculation
RLUSD balances in Spot, Funding, Earn Flexible Savings, Cross Margin, Isolated Margin, and Portfolio Margin accounts can be included. Users must hold at least 0.01 RLUSD in Earn or Margin to qualify for a weekly reward.
Binance will take hourly balance snapshots and use the lowest daily RLUSD balance for the calculation. An incremental increase compared with the user's average balance during the previous two weeks receives a 1.2x multiplier. RLUSD subscribed to Simple Earn receives a 1.1x multiplier, and users meeting both conditions receive a 1.3x multiplier. RLUSD borrowed against other stablecoins in Margin accounts is subject to a 60% haircut.
Conditions and regional limits
The campaign requires a verified Binance account and is available only in eligible jurisdictions. Binance excludes a number of regions, including the European Economic Area, Canada, Japan, and the United States. Users should check the full country list and the campaign terms before participating.
The notice also says the effective APR will be updated on the distribution date. Reward calculations, supported account types, and regional access remain subject to Binance's campaign rules.
