Binance will close UAH fiat deposits and withdrawals and delist USDT/UAH at 15:00 Hong Kong time on September 28, 2026, with eligible balances converted to USDT at a fixed rate.

Binance announced that it will close UAH deposits and withdrawals through Fiat Trade UAH and delist the USDT/UAH spot trading pair.

The announcement was published on September 23, 2026 at 15:00 Hong Kong time. Both the fiat service closure and the trading pair delisting are scheduled for September 28 at 15:00 Hong Kong time.

What users need to know

Open orders on USDT/UAH will be removed after trading stops. Binance says eligible remaining UAH balances will be automatically converted to USDT by October 1, 2026 at 00:00 Hong Kong time, using a fixed conversion rate of 1 USDT to 46.5 UAH.

Users who want to manage their UAH balance themselves should do so before the September 28 deadline. Users who are comfortable with the automatic conversion do not need to take action under the notice.

About USDT and UAH

USDT is the stablecoin used as the quote asset in the affected spot pair. UAH is the Ukrainian hryvnia, the fiat currency covered by Binance's Fiat Trade UAH service.

This announcement concerns the UAH fiat channel and the USDT/UAH market. It does not state that Binance will delist USDT more broadly or remove other USDT trading pairs.
