PONS Goes Live on Bybit Alpha for On-Chain Trading
Bybit Alpha added PONS for on-chain trading, allowing eligible users to buy it through their Unified Trading Account using USDT, USDC, SOL, or bbSOL.
PONS is now live on Bybit Alpha for on-chain trading.
Trading on Alpha
Alpha assets are bought directly from the Unified Trading Account, with no external wallet or gas tokens to manage. Purchases can be paid in USDT, USDC, SOL, or bbSOL.
Bought PONS shows up in the Alpha or holdings interface and can be sold back through the same flow, with proceeds credited to the Unified Trading Account in one of the supported settlement currencies. Bybit notes that Alpha assets cannot be withdrawn externally.
About PONS
PONS is the asset named in Bybit's Alpha listing notice. The notice covers buying and selling it through the Unified Trading Account and does not add it to Bybit's regular spot market.
Because it is held through Alpha, PONS stays inside Bybit and is subject to Alpha's settlement and custody rules rather than those of an ordinary spot balance.
