Bitget Changes GUSDT Perpetual Funding Interval to One Hour

Bitget adjusted the GUSDT perpetual futures funding interval from four hours to one hour on September 20, 2026, with a stated maximum funding range of +2%/-2%.
Bitget changed the funding schedule for the GUSDT perpetual futures contract to keep the perpetual price closer to its spot index.
From September 20, 2026 at 13:00 UTC, funding on GUSDT is calculated and settled every hour instead of every four hours. The notice lists a maximum funding range of +2.0000% / -2.0000%.
Hourly settlement changes how often funding is charged or paid on an open position. Bitget also notes that the schedule may be adjusted again during periods of high market volatility.
