Kraken Opens Ōura IPO Access Through xStocks at a $40 to $44 Indicated Range
Kraken says eligible customers can submit a non-binding indication of interest in the Ōura IPO through xStocks at an indicated price of $40 to $44 per share, plus a 5% fee.
Kraken published an announcement on September 25, 2026 about IPO Access for Ōura through xStocks. The page does not show a specific publication time. Kraken says Ōura plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker OURA.
Eligible Kraken customers in the European Economic Area and many other global markets can submit a non-binding indication of interest. The indicated price range is $40.00 to $44.00 per share, plus a 5% fee. Kraken says funds are reserved during the process rather than charged immediately.
How allocation works
Allocation is not guaranteed and is not first come, first served. Kraken says the IPO underwriters decide the allocation based on demand, so a customer may receive a full, partial, or no allocation. Any amount that is not allocated is refunded automatically.
Customers who receive an allocation are scheduled to receive OURAx in their Kraken portfolio on the listing day. Kraken says the tokenized representation is intended to be available to trade on Kraken, participating xStocks Alliance platforms, and compatible DeFi venues from that day.
Eligibility and risks
The offering is subject to geographic restrictions. Kraken states that the xStocks IPO access is not available in the United States or to US persons, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia, and may be unavailable in other jurisdictions. In the EEA, Kraken describes IPO xStocks as providing price exposure only, without direct voting or dividend rights.
Users should read the applicable offering documents and risk disclosures before submitting interest. The value can rise or fall, and a high-demand IPO may still result in a partial or zero allocation. This article is an explanation of the exchange announcement, not investment advice.
About OURAx and Ōura
OURAx is the 1:1-backed tokenized representation of Ōura equity described by Kraken's xStocks announcement. It is the asset Kraken says customers receive if their IPO allocation is successful, subject to the applicable product and regional terms.
Ōura is the company behind the Oura Ring and a health intelligence platform. Kraken says the company is listing on Nasdaq under the OURA ticker. Receiving access to the IPO process does not guarantee an allocation or a particular trading outcome after listing.
